Once again Aidan and Leah have blown me away with this monster of psychedelic feedback and driving musical force. They seem to tap into some early Pink Floyd inferences that eventually lead towards a finish reminiscent of Radiance of Shadows (my favorite piece by them). Totally in the realm of beautiful albums of their past yet quite unique at the same time. Nadia never cease to amaze. Rock on...
A meditative album recorded in a time of flux about a liminal space/community in flux. A digital-only release from Broken Spine Productions (BSPD14). Accompanied by a limited edition, risograph printed by Colorama: nadja.bandcamp.com/merch/seemannsgarn-print
I listened to this so many times before it expired online on the BBC. I was hopeful it would oneday eventuate in a release. Now I'm smiling.
